President
The president?s duties shall be to preside over all meetings of the District and the Executive Board,
to appoint up to four Referee-Information Officer(s), Social Secretary, Insurance Communications
Officer, and other officers as deemed appropriate; to appoint special committees; to have general
supervision of the affairs the District to vote only when necessary to break a tie at an Executive
Board or Delegates meeting. All appointments shall be subject to approval by the District Delegates.
Regardless of the term of office held, the President shall only hold two consecutive terms of office.
